You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason – if possible – without breaking the seal and if you meet the return conditions. For products that are damaged (including packaging), incomplete, or show signs of use, we reserve the right to charge for the damage. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you have an additional 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be refunded the full order amount.

Return Costs
The return costs are completely free.
These costs (approximately €6.95 per package) are covered by us. We will refund the amount within 14 days of your return request, provided the product has been received in good condition and meets the return conditions.

Exchanging Products
Exchanges are sometimes possible; feel free to contact us via email at info@myzenful.com. You can return the products you no longer want to us free of charge.

Return Conditions
Our products are packaged in a shipping box with a seal. If the seal on the product packaging has been broken, the product cannot be returned. However, we are happy to work with you to find a suitable solution if you are not satisfied with our products.

The product to be exchanged or returned must always meet all the following conditions:

  • The item must be fully returned within 30 days. You have 14 days to register it and an additional 14 days to return it.

Note:

  • Oils (essential oils, carrier oils, diffuser liquids, etc.) and fragrance stones cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • If the product is damaged or used, a reduction in value may be applied.

Warranty
It is important to check your order for defects immediately upon receipt. If, in a rare case, the product shows defects, this is covered by our warranty policy. We will send you a replacement product immediately, and we will cover the costs. Always read the instructions for use before using our products. We aim to assist you as much as possible!

Comments and Tips

We can only process returns if the order – if possible – is returned intact, in its original packaging, and in a sturdy shipping box. For products that are damaged or show signs of use, we reserve the right to charge for the damage.

  • Always request proof of return shipment from PostNL.
  • Open the shipping box and original packaging carefully so you can reuse them if needed for a return!
