What is the Zenful Infinite essential oil subscription?
The Zenful Infinite essential oil subscription lets you choose your favourite essential oil to receive every month — so you'll never run out. The subscription costs per oil per month. Your first order arrives within a few days, and after that your oil is delivered in the first week of every month.
When will I receive my oil?
After subscribing, your first order — including your essential oil — arrives within a few days. From your second order onwards, your oil is delivered on your preferred date.
Can I subscribe to multiple oils?
Absolutely. You can subscribe to as many oils as you like at per oil per month. Simply add your favourite oil to your cart and repeat the process for the next oil you'd like to receive.
How many ML of oil do I receive?
Every bottle contains 10ml of biological essential oil (unless stated otherwise). 10ml contains approximately 200 drops — enough for daily use throughout the entire month. You'll always have your favourite oil in stock.
Am I locked into the subscription?
The Infinite subscription comes with a 14-day cooling-off period. After these 14 days, the subscription can be cancelled after a minimum of 3 months. After that, you can cancel at any time with a 1-month notice period.

The oil I want is out of stock — can I switch?
It can occasionally happen that an oil is temporarily out of stock. We will restock as soon as possible. If your subscription is active and your chosen oil runs out, we'll contact you so you can temporarily choose a similar oil at no extra cost. You can switch oils at any time (subject to availability) free of charge. Feel free to reach out to our customer service team if you need any help.
